Das  Residece Solalto , eine neue turistische Struktur (  wird im juni eingeweiht )  5  zweizimmerwohnungen
3 dreizimmerwohnungen auf drei ebenen.Alle mit doppelbad ausgestattet.
Diese Struktur befindet sich in San Vincenzo,huebsches turistisches ferienort direkt am meer.
Schòne weisse Strànde und Pinienwàlde. Die Zone heisst (la Conchilia). Das Zentrum vom Dorf
befindet sich ganz in der nàhe.
Jeder Kunde hat das recht auf ein Sonnenschirm ,zwei Liegestuehle, und zugang  zum Strand.
Die Wàsche wird ende woche gewechselt, und im Erdgeschoss ist der zugang fuer behinderte,
Die Wohnungen sind gros und mit allem komfort eigerichtet, dazu Klimaanlage, Heizung, TV, Spuehlmaschine, Backofen, Hahrtròchner, Tresor, (internet extra bezahlen) Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Buegeleisen und brett.
Das ganze jahr geòffnet mit mòglichkeit auch nur fuer ein paar tage zu buchen.
(nur in der niedersaison oder wàrend den festtage). Tiere sind nicht willkommen !!!

 **Prices listed are weekly (Saturday-Saturday) rates and reservations must begin and end on Saturday.  During low season we accept rentals for short periods (minimum 2 nights) at a nightly rate of  €120.00 for one bedroom and €150.00 for two bedroom. 

Weekly rates include:

  • All utilities including air conditioning
    Parking
    2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella
    Weekly change of bed and bathroom linen, as well as final cleaning except the kitchen which must be clean upon departure (otherwise €50.00 will be charged)

    Not included in the weekly rate:
    Token washing machine: €3.00
    Daily tidy up: 1 Bedroom Apt. €15.00  2 Bedroom Apt. €20.00 euro
    Baby Cradle: €30.00 weekly
    Heating: 30 September - 30 April €7.00 daily

    Payment Information
    Security Deposit: €200.00
    40% due in advance at the time of the reservation by wire transfer
    Full payment by wire transfer at least 1 week before arrival

    Arrival in high season from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock pm; departure from 8 o’clock to 10 o’clock am
