Our village farm house is surrounded by green hills along the main road which separates Lucca from the ancient town of Camaiore.
We are also only a few kilometres from the beautiful Versilia beaches.
The village farm house called FATA has 6 flats furnished in a cozy country style. Here you can spend your time in complete relax both in summer or winter seasons. At your disposal a big garden and swimming-pool for your outdoor activities.
The flats are set in a typical Lucchesia village-house reconstructed in 2001, and situated along the provincial road which connects Lucca with Camaiore. It is a two-floor building there is a 3000 mq park, a large parking area, a beautiful garden and a 6x12 meter swimming-pool (open from the middle of may to the beginning of October), there are outside showers and a relaxing zone with deck-chairs and umbrellas. All the floors are in tile country-stile, furnishings-gas heat. Restaurants and bars are near, about 600-700 ks from site. Shops, grocery stores and banks are near by about 2 km.

Payments:
Deposit of 30% at the reservation moment.

For reservations in the 30 previous days, the rate will have to be poured all.
At the moment of the arrival will have to be left a security of euro 200,00 that it will be given back at the moment of the departure previous inspection from part of the proprietary.
At the moment de the departure, will to be pays:

- The consumption of gas for domestic use and from heating for advanced periods to 2 nights.
- The final cleaning with a fixed cost of euro 40,00 to apartment.
