A recently-restored farmhouse of the 1700s, is divided into two 80m2 apartments, each with its private garden. Located among the olive groves and typical cypress trees of the Tuscan countryside, around 700 metres from the historical centre of Colle V.Elsa with a far-off view of the towers of San Gimignano and the Chianti hillsides.
