Slow and stressless rhythms. Enjoying the nature in the quietness of the countryside, letting the soft winds caress you. Listening to the crickets’ and cicadas’ chirping in full harmony with yourself. A place where our guests love staying.
We, owners of the farming estate Agriturismo La Serra, have always taken our guests in very high consideration, offering them friendship, hospitality and especially a comfortable holiday.
A pool of 16x8 mt and a large solarium area are available for our guests. For their well-being we use a modern salt-sterilization system (without chlorine, hygienically and epidermal –safe).

Our farmhouse is the ideal holiday place for those who are looking for a very quiet and friendly atmosphere; therefore, guest caring and hospitality will be our first aims to guarantee a comfortable holiday.
All houses are furnished with a fridge, a dishwasher, a satellite-TV and an independent heating so that they can be used any time of the year.
Outside, a great open space has been turned into a dining area where you can barbeque fish, meat or vegetables at your liking. If you have a car, you can park it in the shadow of ancient trees.

Five apartments, two of which completely independent.
The main building
Three apartments are part of the main building, the farmhouse: the Elisa apartment, (sq.85), on the ground floor with independent entrance; the Mimosa apartment (sq.70) and the Bellavista apartment (sq.76) on the first floor.
In each apartment there is a wide dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (4 sleeps + 1) and a bathroom with shower.
The guests of these apartments can have their meals outdoor in an area well furnished.

La Casina
A two-storey villa of sq.133, completely independent.
On the ground floor there is a wide dining room, a small bathroom an a kitchen while on the first floor there are two bedrooms (4 sleeps) and two bathrooms. In the dining room there is also a comfortable double-sofa bed (2 sleeps). There is a large porch with view on the wood, well furnished to have your meals.
La Carraia
A one-storey villa of sq.103, completely independent.
It takes the name from the old Carraia (Italian name for farm carts). There is a large dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (4 sleeps), two bathrooms with shower and an attic with a sofa-bed (2 sleeps).
There is a large porch with view on the swimming pool well furnished to eat out.
