Splendid and elegant apartment adjacent to San Lorenzo, Campanile di Giotto, Duomo, and the Biblioteca Laurenziana. The spacious residence (nearly 130 m2) is on the 3rd and top floor of a Florentine historical building, with an elevator and air conditioning.
To all lovers of art, the Renaissance, the city of Florence, we offer the possibility to live unforgettable moments as only the città del giglio (city of the fleur-de-lis) can offer. In the full center of Florence, it is managed directly by the owner.
Two minutes from the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo dei Congressi e degli Affari, Polo Fieristico, and the Stazione FS (the train station).
Decorated in refined Tuscan style, it is made up of:

Two weeks : from € 1700 to € 2400
Monthly : from €3200 to € 4500
Other periods, to be agreed upon.
Daily : € 250/per day (Minimum 3 nights)

Paid services available upon request:
Breakfast;
Daily personal tour and shopping guide (Italian – French – English);
Daily cleaning, or to-be-agreed-upon in the case of extended stays;
Tours and/or wine and gastronomy tours in Florence and Chianti Classico.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
For weekly periods, a Saturday afternoon arrival and Saturday morning departure is expected, unless otherwise agreed.
