It is part of the building complex that once constituted the wonderful ancient house of the noble family Conti Ceuli (counts). It is on the top of the hill, where the view covers Lari, Volterra and Livorno with a wide and beautiful landscape, completely green, passing from the cypresses dark green to the poplars and olive trees delicate and bright colour
Its name comes from the architectonic element characterizing it: the arcades - indeed – delimitating the loggia, on the upper floor where the owners live, which continues on the wide uncovered terrace and, on the floor below, the arcades, very close one to the other, constitute the supporting structure of the more than three hundred square meters great hall, which is part of the apartment to be let.
The rooms, the wide hall and the dining room, are particularly suitable for convivial meetings. The fairfaced walls make the atmosphere extremely warm and cosy: an invitation for the guests to meet up and share recreation moments and parties.
