In open countryside but only 4km from the ancient walls of Lucca, 3km from the A11 Florence motorway exit and 16km from Pisa.
Casa San Rocco is a small but pleasant residence, originally a 17th century barn and stables.
Renovation was completed in December 2006 by the current owners who live in the neighbouring property. The works were carried out with the intention of creating an atmosphere that you would find at home and not in a hotel.
We think we have achieved just that and we are waiting for you to come and tell us what you think!

The apartment:

The 'Limonaia' a studio apartment, 35 square metres in size with entrance to the garden.
The 'Arancio' a one bedroom apartment with living room. It still has the original stone floors and old water pump.
The 'Salmone' a one bedroom apartment with living room, located on the 1st floor, with beamed ceilings and authentic 'Lucchese' ceramic floors.
The 'Celeste' a one bedroom apartment and kitchen located on the 1st floor.
