“La Casa di Martino” is located in the historical centre of Moggiona, a small medieval village, 750 metres above sea level, in the Casentino National Park: a beautiful area which bears uncontaminated natural beauty, and where the lovers of sports have a vast range of choices, which goes from trekking, mountain-biking, fishing and golf, to tennis and much more. The Monastery of Camaldoli, the Verna Sanctuary, the Parishes and Castles of Romena and Poppi, and other small villages such as Bibbiena, Stia and Pratovecchio, are just a few of the sites where the ancient traditions of the area can still be appreciated while enjoying a pleasant and relaxing holiday, which also allows you to explore Siena, Florence and Arezzo, which are only an hour’s drive away from Moggiona.
Our apartments offer every comfort, including heating; in addition, all guests have access to the swimming pool and terrace with a panoramic view, which are both located about 200 metres away from the complex, in the Hotel “I Tre Baroni”. Here our clients will also have a 10% discount on each meal, chosen à la carte.
Our apartments are as follows:
Apartment “A” hosts from 2 to 5 people. It has a bathroom with a shower, 2 fully furnished bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, whereas the other hosts two single beds (all beds are made in wrought iron), an open plan living room with a kitchenette, which is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed, colour TV and DVD player.
Apartment “B” hosts from 2 to 4 people. It has a bathroom with a shower, a fully furnished double bedroom with a wrought iron bed and a small extra bed, an open plan living room with a kitchenette, that hosts a fireplace, a sofa bed, refrigerator and freezer, cooker, electric oven, a TV and a DVD player.

Low Season: from 01.11 to 30.04
Apartment A € 500,00 per week
Apartment B € 400,00 per week
Mid Season: from 01.05 to 14.07 and from 16.09 to 31.10
Apartment A € 600,00 per week
Apartment B € 500,00 per week
High Season: from 15.07 to 15.09
Apartment A € 800,00 per week
Apartment B € 650,00 per week

A €200 guarantee must be paid  on booking.
All major festivities such as Christmas, New Year and Easter are counted as High Season.
Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.  Departure must be in the morning.
The price for weekend bookings will be communicated on request.
Pets are accepted.
Prices include the cost of electricity, gas, hot water and changes of linen. 
Prices do not include the cost of heating, which is of €03.00 per cubic metre,  consumption of fire-wood, which is of €12.00 per quintal, final cleaning (€15.00) and the cost of midweek linen changes (only on request), which is of €07.00 per person.

How to get to “Casa di Martino”
From the north:
Motorway A1 exit Firenze Sud (Florence South), take the SR 70 in direction of Pontassieve and continue then to Consuma and Poppi/Bibbiena. When you reach Poppi take the SP 67 for Camaldoli/Moggiona.
Travel time between Florence/Moggiona about 1 hour.
From the south:
Motorway A1 exit Arezzo, take the SR 71 in direction of Bibbiena. At the end of the residential area of Bibbiena turn left, on the SR 70 in direction of Poppi. From here take the SP 67 for Camaldoli/Moggiona.
Travel time between Arezzo/Moggiona about 1 hour.
From the east:
E45 in direction of Rome/Perugia, exit Bagno di Romagna and continue on the SR 71 for Mandrioli towards Badia Prataglia. A few kilometres after Badia Patraglia take the SP 67 for Camaldoli and continue on to Moggiona.
Travel time between Bagno di Romagna/Moggiona around 45 min.
