| Our boutique resort is located in San Vincenzo, a small town on the Etruscan Riviera in the heart of Tuscany. San Vincenzo is a picturesque town whose soft, white sandy beaches abut the clear, cobalt blue Mediterranean Sea. Its' central location is ideal for visiting many famous historical sites as well as Tuscany's major towns, making for a wonderful holiday year round. Solalto's vacation apartments are situated on the stretch of coast known as "La Conchiglia" (Pronounced "Conkillia"-The Conch Shell), offering guests direct beach access 50 yards from their doorstep. A newly constructed three story villa, Solalto is comprised of eight, one and two bedroom furnished apartments, complete with a full kitchen and living room, perfect for vacation rental. The finishing touch is a communal open air roof top terrace offering wonderful vistas of nearby hills in one direction and open ocean dotted with nearby islands in the other direction. | Apartment description Whether you choose a one or two bedroom apartment for your vacation with us at Solalto you will feel right at home. Each apartment consists of a full kitchen with new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher, living room for watching tv or surfing the net (additional charge for internet hook up) after a day of enjoyment and relaxation, as well as a comfortable bathroom and bedroom(s). If you choose to spend your day at the beach you will be provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella to ensure your comfort. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower located between the beach and the apartments.
