Villa Antica Toscana is situated in the picturesque village Montemagno, a medieval little village in nature. The villa was built in the 18th century and is a perfect example of the Tuscan architecture with frescoes on the walls, a wonderful serena stone stair, beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles and red terracotta arches.
From the rooms on the second floor, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of Pisa, Livorno and the sea. We will offer our guests four bedrooms with classical style furniture, two double rooms with bathroom and parquet, a double room with bathroom, a one-roomed apartment with double bed and kitchen. We also have two apartments: one for max 9. people, the other one for max. 4 people. All the apartments and the bedrooms have an independent entrance.
At our guests' disposal, there is a wide garden and a terrace, where it is possible to have breakfast (on demand) and enjoy a wonderful panorama. The complex also offers a common car park and a playground for children in nature. Near the villa, you will find a grocery store and a good trattoria, which serves the Tuscan specialties.

Villa Antica Toscana faces the valley “Valgraziosa” at about 10 km from Pisa. At 2 km, there is Certosa di Calci, where you can visit the natural history museum and the beautiful rooms of the cloister. Verruca fortress is also worth a visit. It is located on the top of Verruca mount and was the set of the endless wars among the inhabitants of Pisa, Lucca and Florence.

In the surroundings, there are riding centres, swimming pool, tennis courts, bike rental. You will also have the possibility of trekking in the marked paths in our wonderful mountains.
This is the ideal place for the people, who would like to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday near the most important Tuscan cities like Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and seaside resorts like Tirrenia, Marina di Pisa, Viareggio and Forte de' Marmi.
