Restored cosy cottages situated in unspoilt countryside on top of a panoramic hill (250 mt) from where you can have a delightful view of the plain of Pisa and Livorno.
The two cottages share garden and swimming-pool (mt 12x4, 1.20/2.20 in depth, 31/05-04/10)

ACCOMODATION COTTAGE N°1 (200sq. mt, bed-places 7+1)
GROUND FLOOR: 2 entrances, living room, large kitchen with fireplace, freezer, fridge and oven, large sitting-room, large bath-room with shower, w.c. and wash-basin.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom plus single bed, small study, small single bedroom, bathroom with sitting-bath and washing machine.
GARDEN: tables and chairs for meals "al fresco" and deckchairs for tanning. Available two barbeque and a firewood oven for pizza and roasted meat.
