It is in the green-heart of the typical hill of tuscany, between pine and olive trees. All around there is a wide and large garden where a relaxing swimming pool with jacuzzi lies.
Our structure lies into a central position, so that it can be easy to reach the most cultural Tuscany cities, like Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and Livorno in a very short time.

Our B&B, with a familiar conduction, has two double rooms, with possibility of an additional bed. One room is on the first floor, and the other one is in the typical colony mansard. Each bedroom has its private toilet with shower or whirpool.

A continental and various breakfast may be served at your choice in three different places: in the big living room wormed by the typical tuscany chimney, or in a rustic kitchen, or under the veranda with the beautiful swimming pool sight seen.
