The hotel, a liberty style villa with precious mosaics, is situated 50 meters away from the sea and from its splendid waterfront with its luxurious boutiques and 20 meters away from the city park, a great reverse of green with numerous attractions for adult people and for children.
For the particular climate that has Viareggio, the hotel is open the whole year, offering in every season, to its clients, initiatives of excursions in the artistic cities of the Tuscan as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, St. Gimignano, Siena and other anchor or in the splendid hilly landscapes or in the neighbors Alps Apuane with its Park, its caves and naturally to the famous caves of marble of Carrara.
