Welcome on the hill sourroundings off meadows and trees about 8 km. from the villages Bibbona you find "PODERE NOVO" with the appartements Giorgio, Mario, Dante, Virgilio and Giovanni. The farm is built in typical toscany stones style, and has been renovated in 1998/99. You can rent the appartements all the year and you'll find a central heating with warm element, refrigérator, gastove. Wealchair suitable only for the appartements Mario Giovanni and Giorgio. Laundry with washing machine and hang up place, in separate remises.

The building realized with local stone has been restructured in 1998/99.
It is divided into 5 comforting lodgings with deprived inside services and endowed with every comforst.
Situated on the overlooking hill the country of Bibbona, Podere Novo enjoys of a magnificent panorama.
Naturally as you already know hole this region is rich of everything, as :

WHERE WE ARE:
From the Strada Statale n°1 (Variante Aurelia) follow the road to Bibbona (aboat 5 Km.). Comming to the viallgea you take the direction to the cemetery (cimitero), the after around 500 m. turn to the right in direction of Podere Novo .
