Tenuta Quarrata is at the heart of Tuscany, in Santo Pietro Belvedere (Capannoli, prov. Pisa), a small village surrounded by vineyards and olive groves of excellent quality, close to major cities: 60 km from Florence, 90 km from Siena, 45 km from San Gimignano, Pisa and 30 from Volterra, 45 from Lucca and the seaside.
Connected with Europe via international airports of Pisa and Florence.
To reach us, along the Florence-Pisa-Livorno, you must exit at Pontedera-Ponsacco direction Cascina Terme, after 5 km fork to Santo Pietro Belvedere.

The structure was obtained in the nineteenth century Villa San Giorgio and the surrounding farmhouses, after building a deep recovery in 1998, shows 18 apartments of various sizes, each different, restructured maintaining the original style of local jobs plan ground and first floor.

All apartments are equipped with kitchenette and one or two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa or two double bed and bathroom with shower, furnished in Tuscan style, with a small outdoor space, furniture garden.
There are several barbecue available for guests and a laundry with a washing machine tokens.
Apartments are available from 2 to 8 beds.

The entire structure is surrounded by park and dall'uliveto, where the large pool (25m x 12.5m), in a panoramic position with beautiful views of the Pisan hills, tennis and table tennis.

In season they organizes weekly taste of Tuscan specialties and wine.

The village is about 3 km and you are: post office, pharmacy, bank, pizzeria, bars and shops of essential goods, the nearest supermarket is 3 km towards Miami.
The Baths of Cascina 7 km away, you can organize in the spa.
We are three golf courses, a 9 and 18 holes, with discounts to customers between 10% and 15%.
The riding school is 7 km, a large organized structure, with private school.

Upon request, can rent bicycles or scooters, make trips in sailing, reach the nearby island of Capraia, natural park, or tour the wineries of the area, ran on foot with scenic routes.
At Tirrenia, 20 km, for fans of surf, there is a reserved, low appropriate backdrop for strong winds.
Every morning the structure is brought fresh bread and pastries for breakfast.
