Montalto is an ancient medieval castle absorbed in the beautiful Tuscan countryside near Siena. Part of the castle itself and the houses surrounding the small village, renovated with care, are available as agrotourism and home holidays. The estate of 300 hectares, includes a swimming pool, a tennis court, large forests for pleasant walks, and wonderful views of the cultivated valley.
Inside the walls are available 5 houses and 5 apartments. The rentals are weekly from Friday to Friday. Each of them are decorated in a personal manner and taste, and is complete with kitchen accessories and furniture, linen and towels. Many houses have a fireplace, a washing machine and a private external dining area.
The charm of the secular village and the beauty of its position in a uncontaminated valley easily reachable, make the Montalto farm a memorable place for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, family or business meetings, seminars and other events. A private chapel and several public areas are available in addition to the houses of the village. We are at your disposal to assist you in your event according to your wishes.
