The farm estate "Casa Verniano" in Colle di Val d'Elsa is one family farm holidays and it is dip in the typical rustic Tuscany landscape.
The farm holidays has a swimming pool, fences and paddocks for the horses of the guest and it is possible to ride horses or bicycles and mountain bikes.

The farm holidays is composed of four apartments, which have been obtained from the recent renewing of the little suburb "Verniano", that, like all the Tuscan villages, is composed of a central court and around it there are the entrances of the apartments and the reception.
The apartments are wide and have all the comforts: tv sat, washing machine, fireplace or wood stove. One of these apartments has been equipped for disabled.
The furnishing reflects exactly the structure's style, with brick kitchens and poor Tuscan style furniture that give the flats a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
All the apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the hills of Val d'Elsa.
In the court there is an original wood oven at disposal of the guests.

The farm holidays Casa Verniano is the ideal place for everyone who likes the equestrian tourism.
The estate gives hospitality to horses and riders, that travel among the Tuscan hills. We have paddocks with many fences, i.e. refreshment rooms where the horses of the guest can stop and refresh themselves. Equipped boxes will be soon available.

High season: the months of July and August, the Christmas and new year holidays period, Easter period.
Medium season: the months of June and September
Low season: the rest of the year

Include in price:
- the use of water, electricity, gas for the kitchen and for the heating.
- weekly change of the bed, bath and kitchen linen.
- the final cleaning of the apartment

Not include in price:
- the use of electricity for heating and air conditioning.
- everything else not specified.

Booking conditions:
It is possible to reserve forminimum one week, arrival on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. and departure the following Saturday within 10:00 a.m.
During the period of off-season it is possible to reserve for the week-end only.
The booking is confirmed after the receiving of the payment of the 25% of the total amount of the stay by postal order or check not transferable, bank transfer.
