The hold farmhouses and villas were once lived from poor farmer's families and there was a firm effort to maintain the original stile wile renovating them.
Only what was necessary was added to the structure and every house was furnished using antique furniture, respecting the hold habits of the Tuscans.
Quiet and privacy is a common feature of ours houses and all are surrounded from the relaxing poetry of ours countryside colours.
Like you can understand from the description every house is single and independent, not part of a single complex , at a distance from the central building varying from 500 m to 2 km.

Casa Fontelunga is a lovely small farmhouse in a beautiful panoramic position on the hills in front of Cortona.
It has been renovated with the maximum respect of the original structure and is ours best house for the special feeling you get at the first moment you walk into it.

Il Bozzino is a large apartment at the ground floor of casa la Bozza. The house is in a quiet and relaxing location, still close enough to a grocery for daily shopping and close to Cortona and the main roads.

Casa il Moro is a very hold farmhouse in the vicinity of a country village and surrounded from ours cultivation.
The location is very easy to reach and close to communication road. The house has a very large garden facing the countryside.
The main part of the house is my habitation.

La Bozza is a really beautiful apartment at the upper floor of an hold farmhouse, recently renovated on the inside. It is very comfortable and every window faces a different view of the valley and the village close by.
The taste of the house is very special and the large dimension makes it good for a fairly large family or group of friends.

Casa del Nottolo is a small house in a hill in front of Cortona and in lovely panoramic location.
Perfectly renovated and close to another construction maintains privacy and warm atmosphere.
It has a nice view on the Chiana valley from the garden.
