Set in the middle of the Estate a seventeenth century ancient country house welcomes guests offering a large hall, a huge typical Tuscan kitchen, a wide corridor of en suite rooms and twin rooms, all equipped with first-class private bathrooms. The whole building with the annexed farmhouse, the old residence of the servants recently restored, can accommodate up to thirty guests. On the ground floor there is a large hall with the billiards and a big restaurant. Surrounded by olive trees and cypresses a swimming pool looks on to the rolling hills of Tuscan countryside. The ancient little church of Mocajo (1700), where religious ceremonies and weddings are still celebrated, is the natural frame to the medieval village.

The Country house offers 14 beds, divided into 3 suites and 5 double rooms, each one with independent bathrooms, a large kitchen, a dining room, a game room and a large sitting room with Sat-TV. Outside a 6 x 14 meters swimming pool and a barbecue.

In the annexes of the Counrty house there are 1 suite and 5 double bedrooms with independent bathroom an TV set, for Country house's hosts, for additional rooms, and for those who want to join our "bed & breakfast" formula.

Podere Calcheto
Poderal bifamiliar house that can host up to 14 bed places in two independent apartments.Each apartment has a large kitchen and a dining room at the ground floor ,sitting room with fireplace and TV set and three bedrooms with three independendent bathrooms at the first floor. Outside a 6 x 12 meters swimming pool and a barbecue.

Podere Capanna
Characteristic farm that can host up to 8 bed places. At the ground floor it has 6 horse boxes and at the first floor a large kitchen, dining and sitting room with sleeping sofa, chimney and TV set. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside a 5x10 meters swimmig-pool and a barbecue.
