The estate, formerly owned by the Stuart family, situated among the Montepulciano hills, consists of a master villa and two cottage of typical Tuscan architecture restored and assigned to the farm holiday, immersed in the splendor of the park and the green of the vineyard, guaranteeing quiet and comfort. The splendid Leopoldina cottage, the more isolated one, is divided into four apartments, each with independent access, made up of a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The second cottage is subdivided into two apartments accessible by independent stairways with exposed wooden beams and bricks, including an ample living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with showers.
Each apartment is equipped with independent heat, color TV, stove and oven, kitchen utensils and dishes and cookware, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, bed bath and linens, iron and ironing board. The farm holiday also offers a swimming pool that is by day exposed to the sun and illuminated at night, deckchairs, tables and chairs, umbrellas, children games, barbeque, trekking paths, Internet access, parking. To wine lovers, we give a bottle of our Rosso di Montepulciano and organize guided tours to the cellar, following the production process, concluding with a tasting of our products, such as our Nobile di Montepulciano.
Activities: For lovers of sport fishing, we will make our own small lake available. Lovers of Tuscan and Mediterranean cooking can take a cooking course, with a historical introduction to the preparation of typical Tuscan appetizers, pici (pasta), tagaliata (sliced steak). Finally, for those wanting a closer look into the work of the Tuscan country, we offer the possibility of attending, or even participating in the grape harvest (September) and in the wheat threshing (July). The Outskirts: The farm holiday Le Tre Berte is located in a privileged position, little more than 5 minutes from Montepulciano, an exceptionally beautiful medieval city, 20Km from Pienza, the ideal city, 30 from Montalcino, 45 from Arezzo, 60 from Siena, 100 from Florence and 60 from Perugia. The distance to the most important cultural centers is even further reduced by the main highways (A1, Due Mari), reachable in just 10 minutes. We will lead you through your tour itinerary, advising places not to be missed (through informative material and maps) and the events in the area.
