The holiday accommodation Follonica Apartments are situated 1.6 km from the beach of the seaside resort Follonica, near Grosseto in Maremma Tuscany.
There well furnished apartments of different types availabile that can accommodate from 4 up to 8 people. The seaside resort Follonica lies in the gulf of the same name, on the border of the Province of Grosseto to the Province of Livorno. Thanks to the gulf current and protected by the Island of Elba, lying right in front, Follonica boasts also during the winter months of a mild and pleasant climate.

There are three apartment types available that are all equipped with completely furnished kitchenettes, air conditioning and washing machine:

APARTMENT TAVERNA (4+2 pers.)
The apartment is situated in the basement and is composed as folllows:
spacious living/dining room and kitchen with sofa bed (2 pers.)
double room
bedroom with 2 single beds
bathroom with shower

APARTMENT GROUND FLOOR (4 pers.)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed as follows:
living/dining room and kitchen
double room
bedroom with 2 single beds
bathroom with shower
balcony and small garden in front of the living area

APARTMENT 1ST FLOOR WITH MANSARD (4+2 pers.)
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is composed as follows:
living/dining room and kitchen
double room
bedroom with 2 single beds
bathroom with shower
mansard with sofa bed (2 pers.) and guest WC
2 balconies (1 big in front of the living room, 1 in front of the mansard)

Arrival: From 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure: Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay: In low season 2 days, in high season 1 week.
The price includes
The use of the apartment, swimming pool and deck chairs.
The price doesn't include
Final cleaning (Apartment ground floor or tavern 40 €; apartment 1st floor with mansard 50 €), linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to have them upon request: linen + set of towels € 10 per person. electricity+gas (€ 30/week).
Booking: 30% of the total at the reservation through postal order or bank transfer. The remaining 70% should be paid on the arrival in cash form.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the 30% down payment won`t be paid back.
Deposit: EUR 100 per apartment, to be deposited on the arrival in cash form.
NOTE: In case that there are any changes as regards the arrival, please let us know. It is not possible to pay the balance and the energy consumption by credit card or with cheque.
