Only 8 km from the city of Lucca, not far away from the known road of the wine, in a calm residential zone but to short distance from the country of Marlia is situated this great villa that has been transformed in a pleasant holiday house for vacation.
Chosen ideal for families or groups that will be able to relax in the garden of 1800 square meters completely fencing, equipped with gazebo, tables, chairs, deckchair, beach umbrella, external kitchen with stoves, refrigerator, firewood furnace and grill and a swimming pool (8 x 4 mt- deep 1,55/1,04 mt) exclusive for the hosts. The hosts will be able to organize walks or in bicycle on hills around and catching up storees easy (1 km), restaurants (1 km), handling (500 mt) and tennis fields (100 mt).
The more important city of art of Tuscany like Florence, Siena and Pisa could shortly be caught up.
The villa is composed from 11 places read subdivided in 4 matrimoniale rooms, 1 single one, 1 divano-bed in knows it.

For entire or half villa up to seven guests reservations only: use of the outdoor kitchen near the swimming pool.
