Far from the traffic of the city, but only 10 minutes to the sea, the wide and luminous structure of recent restructuring, gives all comfort what you're looking for, from the car place (or garage) to the independent entrance (or hall), from the large garden to the swimming-pool , from the barbecue to the pic-nic place.

The house is on two floors. At the first there is the kitchen, which is new and provided of all electrical appliance, the bathroom with hydro massage basin and the sitting room with a bed cough. On the second floor (or level) there is the double room with its private toilet and shower.
From the two terraces it is possible to admire the hills and the country view.

Mommio's Piano is a little town but it has all services, included the public transport and many shops as (markets, clothing shop, post-office, alimentary, hairdresser etc..)
The houses and the country offer the quiet what you desire, but you shall not remain isolated.
In few minutes, in fact, you can visit important centres as: Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze.
