The holiday house “La Ventura” is situated 500 m from the town of MASSAROSA, 8 km from Viareggio, 20 km from Lucca, 30 km from Pisa-Pisa airport, 80 km from Florence-Florence airport. It is located in a quite, sunny and central position, 8 km from the sea and 7 km from Massaciuccoli Lake, in a minor road in the nature. It has a common hedged garden of 3000 m².
Swimming pool (8x8, deep m2 120 cm) with natural water purification system (electrolysis with sea salt). Outside shower, sunbeds and garden armchairs, lawn and masonry barbecue. Covered private car park in the property. Food shop 300 m - supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m.
In the surrounding: riding, tennis, golf and sail courses; equipped beaches and enchanting towns like Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago Puccini.

Il Nido Della Luna
2 rooms 35 m2. on the ground floor. Well-kept, functional, comfortable and cosy country furniture. Sitting-dining room with TV, exit in the private garden and swimming pool. 1 Double room, possibility of cradle or cot, kitchnette in the hall (microwave oven, fridge), bathroom with shower, bidet and WC.

How to reach the holiday house La Ventura
Motorway, exit at Viareggio, go on towards the motorway Lucca-Florence. After about 5 km, leave the motorway at Massarosa exit and go left towards the town centre. After about 1200 m, you will find the road sign Pieve A Elici. Turn on the left and after about 100 m you will see the holiday house “La Ventura” at n. 113.
