The holiday house, located outside a historic 18th century town, in Tuscany, 700 metres above sea-level, is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in touch with nature.
Set between in a hill of turkey oaks and fir trees below the mountain pass of Carpinelli, surrounded by a private park of 3,700 square metres, it offers a panoramic view over part of the Apuan mountain chain, especially Mount Pisanino and Pizzo D’Uccello.
Access is available to two swimming pools, one 8x16 metres, and the smaller one with Jacuzzi, both for use by apartment guests only.
Use of a large car park is also possible.

The swimming pool is at the lower end of the park opposite the building, sun-filled all day long.
It is divided into two sections: the larger pool, 1.4 metres deep, 8 x 16 metres, and the smaller circular pool with Jacuzzi.
Poolside facilities include toilets, indoor and outdoor showers, hairdryer and fridge.
From the pool you can admire the surrounding nature in complete privacy.
It also has an internal lightning system so guests may use the pool even at night.

Mountain Bikes
Included in the standard package, we have several mountain bikes that may be used by guests for a trip into town or excursions.
