Santa Maria is a farmhouse consisting of 10 delightful apartments pretty furnished in typical Tuscan stylesurrounded by a beautiful lush garden.
A traditional farmhouse with the comforts of an hotel, a small gem of architecture where spending relaxing holidays far from the hustle if hectic life.

We run our Villa with swimming pool in Tuscany and you can enjoy your holidays in Tuscany with genuine Tuscan people! A father "Giuseppe", a mam “Ivana” and two daughters "Stefania & Laura" glad to offer you a simple and sincere hospitality..like a glass of Chianti wine!

Swimming Pool: Our swimming pool (14 x 7 m) is open all day round and it is a real haven of peace!

Garden: Our garden is carefully looked after from our father Giuseppe..it is simply a delight and we are really proud of it! You will find marvellous roses, dayses, bouganvilles, sun flowers as well as cherry, apple, pear trees and plants. If you realize that you have no basilicum while cooking go in the vegetable and pick it up! Fruit and vegetables are at guests’ disposal.

Music: Giuseppe is gardener during the day and guitar star in the evengin….he often organizes “country music concerts” playing music in the garden!.

Custom Care: Stefania and Laura by their side are always at guests’ disposal to provide you with info about Montaione and surroundings, means of transport, museums, wine tastings, typical restaurants (the area offers some of the best restaurants in Tuscany)!

Mam Ivana: she is the houskeeper manager with Stefania & Laura in charge of the apartment’s cleaning.

Library:  We have a lots of English books left by previuos guests! You can borrow them

Pictures: During your Stay we will take some pictures of your family and you…….then a nice presente when you come back home!

Barbecue: A free barbecue for you in the garden

Balcony or Veranda: Each apartment has a Balcony (first floor) or a Veranda (ground floor) with table and chairs where enjoy the sun, the breakfast and reading a book.

Washing-machine: In the common area there is a washing machine for your provide with soap and softer. Also iron and table.

Typical Tuscans furniture:  pavimenti in cotto, soffitti con travi, mattoni a vista, mobili arte povera. In the bedroom wrought iron beds with orthopaedic mattress.

All accommodations are provided by fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge and dish washer), Sat/TV, sofa, telephone, balcony or Veranda with garden furniture overlooking the garden.

Luxury apartment on 2 floors with 2 double bedrooms and 3 balconies. On the first floor: kitchen, double bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower. Internal staircase and then on the second floor double bedroom, bathroom with shower and 2 balconies.

- Trekking in Montaione. By bikes or on foot you can visit 6 tracks in the nature by map and descriptions.

-Wine Tasting (5 km). In the wonderful Villa of Filicaja, on the hill of Montaione, you can have a delightful wine tasting experience guided by a skilled Sommelier. You will taste several kind of Chianti Doc wines in a friendly atmophere.  

-Caste Cooking class. (20 km). Inside the castle kitchen you will learn how to prepare a complete Italian menu wearing hat and apron feeling like a real chef. At the end you dinner all togheter.
