Casa Neva is found in the park of the Apuan Alps, 6km from the town of Pescaglia and just 40 km from Lucca, in a serene place, immersed in nature. It is an ideal place for those lovers of on-foot excursions, in fact, from the town of San Rocco in Turrite where the house is located, you can reach Monte Matanna; in just an hour’s walk you can reach the summit of the mountain from which on clear days on can enjoy a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps and of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Those who love to relax will have available a garden, completely fenced in, and an in-ground pool equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, table and chairs and a barbeque grill. Besides the house, just a few meters away is a tennis court, and just 2 km away are grocery stores and restaurants.
The house is made up of: a small living room/dining room area, double sofa bed, kitchen with stovetop and oven, refrigerator/freezer, fireplace, bathroom with shower, a double bed/single pull-out bed. The house is decorated in a rustic style, simple but cozy. External washing machine. Parking place near the house.
