The town's position facing the island of Elba, the long beach of fine sand which follows the coast around the Rimigliano nature reserve and the distinctive mediterranean pine forest make it ideal for those wanting a peaceful stay in close contact with nature, in an ecologically protected environment.
We have two different types of buildings available:

Type A surrounded by mediterranean woodland and located directly on the beachfront, consist of 14 new apartments built during 2005:
Two-roomed, two roomed with loft and three-roomed apartments, all with terrace or patio over looking the sea, elegantly furnished and fitted with the most modern equipment.

Apartments Type B surrounded by age-old pines, this consist of a villa with 8 apartments only 100 metres from the sea, reached without crossing any roads. The apartments are all three-roomed, furnished simply and functionally and characterised by a spacious equipped terrace.
