It is situated in an ideal position for visits to major museums, galleries and other city attractions, only a short walk away from Piazza San Marco (Museum of David by Michelangelo), the church of San Lorenzo (Medici Chapels), the Duomo and near the Exhibition Trade Fair Center (Fortezza del Basso). High quality services with the most advanced technologies are present to satisfy the needs for both tourists and business travelers alike.
More than 100 apartments; studio, one-room, two-room and three-room, are all soundproofed and air conditioned, furnished with satellite TV, and Internet connection and can also be reserved as individual rooms at a daily rate with breakfast services included.
Near the Residence; dining, shopping, craft shops, cinema and theatre.
Apartments are equipped with:

The Reception is found on the ground floor and you can enter from the portico whose vaults are the natural expansion of the hall.
Our reception hours are from 7:00 am until 23:00 pm with continued porter service. The professional and courteous staff is always available to assist with any requests of our clients, from tickets for events and museums, to rental cars, and reserving tours.
Café Ricasoli opens at 7:00 am with an abundant morning breakfast buffet.
The Sun Terrace is situated on the top floor and is equipped with showers, tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs.
The Residence has a Car Park able to hold over 120 vehicles singularly. Fees start at €20 per day.
Both the Residence and underground parking can be accessed directly from the circular road without having to adhere to the restrictions of automobile access in the historical center.
