The hotel is situated near the beach of Fenicia and the marina of Marciana Marina, which is dominated by the Pisan Tower of 12th century.
The hotel has 26 bedrooms, equipped with the best comforts (air conditioning, heating, colour TV, telephone, internet connection, minibar, hair dryer, lift, garage etc..). The hotel offers its guests bed and buffet breakfast, served until late in the morning (gluten free food too).
Thanks to its position, the hotel is ideal both for sea sport lovers (diving, snorkelling, sailing and yachting) and excursions lovers, who can trek or ride a mountain bike through the Island.
The hotel is also provided with a workshop-garage for mountain bikes. There is the possibility of renting a mountain bike and attending courses by the instructors of “Italian School of Mountain Bike Instructors”. Our complex also has apartments for 4/6 people, provided with balcony and terrace facing the sea or the garden.

- Car Box: € 6,00 in A period, € 6,00 in B period, € 9,00 in C period, € 9,00 in D period, € 12,00 in E period.
Long Holiday: -10% in A/B/C/D periods, min. 14 days.
Honey moon: -10% in A/B/C periods, min. 7 days.
