Built in 1970, "IL TRITONE" is a little residence with a family management dipped in the green of a suggestive natural park, rich of pines. It stands at 100 mt. from one of the most beautiful broad and sandy beaches of the whole area. From it all the facilities are easy to reach. In a quiet and relaxing place, "IL TRITONE" is the ideal place where to spend your holidays with your friends or your family. Actually the apartments are provided with 4 or 6 beds, cooking area , bath with shower and terrace. The restaurant, which it also works as a very good "pizzeria", suggests to its customers a cooking rich of dishes and Tuscany tasty specialities. And don't forget to taste one of the specialities of the house: the "pizza cooked on the brick".
"IL TRITONE" offers to its guests all the relax they need for a comfortable vacation. That is the reason "IL TRITONE" chose not to have a great numbers of rooms, so as to guarantee silence and calm for the most relaxing vacation. Four of the six available flats are 1-room apartments for 4 persons (1 double bed and 2 beds). The remaining two are 2-rooms apartments and they can guest 6 persons (2 double beds and 2 beds). All the apartments are provided with cooking area and bathroom with shower, and four of them has a nice terrace. The elegant furnishing offers to guests the maximum of comfort.

Prices include the consumption of electricity, water and gas, and final cleaning (excluding the kitchen, unless a €20.00 charge is paid).
Bed linen are available on request for € 4.00 per person, each time they are changed.
Towels linen are available on request for € 4.00 per person, each time they are changed.
Only small pets are allowed.
10% discounts are available for stays of at least 2 weeks in period A.
5% discounts are available for stays of at least 2 weeks in all other periods excluding periods G-H-I.
Check-in will be allowed from 1 PM on Saturday.
Check-out must be by 10 AM on Saturday.
FANTASTIC DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LONG PERIODS (4 weeks).
Possibility of dining in the restaurant with a 10% discount.
