Immersed in the green of an English-style park, La Marina del Forte's houses benefit of a beautiful exposure, making the resort an ideal place for the relax-lover tourist. The residence is indeed a luxuriant oasis crossed by pedestrian and cycle-paths while cars can only ride outside the residential area with no annoyance for the guests. Flats at ground floor have a little private garden and the people that like sun-bathes can appreciate the large solarium adjoining the last floor houses.

La Marina del Forte is a residential area structured in four "Lots". In every Lot there is a shopping center and two swimming-pools, one olympic and one for kids. The Lots are constituted by "blocks", which are agglomerates of flats two floors high (ground, first and second floor) and composed by around 60 apartments each.
All the houses have kitchen and bathroom and they're supplied with crockery; linens and towels are available for rent.
