| The apartment hotel
Santa Cecilia is run by Barbara Zenoni and Fulvietto Pierangelini (like
the farm Agave). Although the building is situated in the centre of San
Vincenzo, it is ideal for all the people who want to live close to the
sea. All the apartments face the beach of the Costa degli Etruschi,
offering you a wonderful view: you can enjoy the enchantment of the sea,
changing its colours from blue to green and grey. The Apartment hotel is a renovated art nouveau building, dated back to the beginning of 1900, where a primary school was once located. It is a four-storeyed building with lift. On the ground floor, there is a heated indoor swimming pool and a relaxation area. THE APARTMENTS The Apartment hotel, completely renovated, offers you one-, two-, and three-room flats in four storeys with lift. All the apartments have a balcony or a patio, facing the sea. The finishings and the furniture have been chosen with care; the bathrooms are covered with marble, the other rooms with parquet. The kitchens are fully supplied, the bedrooms provided with comfortable beds and large wardrobes (walk-in closet). One-room flat: sitting room with kitchenette, double bed, table with chairs, sofa and bathroom with shower. Outer space with table and chairs. THE SURROUNDINGS San Vincenzo is near the most wonderful beaches in Tuscany: Golfo di Baratti, Punta Ala and Elba island (reachable from Piombino). The town is situated in the middle of a region of great artistic and historical value: near Populonia and Baratti park, Rimigliano and San Silvestro, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Roselle, San Miniato al Monte, and the baths Valle del Sole in Venturina, famous for their sulphurous waters.
