| The ground floor flats have a garden, while the ones on the upper floor have a large balcony with a table and chairs. Vertical linkage is provided by two staircases and a lift. On the basement are placed a cabin per flat and the laundry room with basins and washing machines. On the ground floor near the main entrance you find a swimming pool and the reception with personnel speaking German and English. Flats: the two-roomed flats can sleep 4 people, are beautifully finished and have modern and functional furniture. Satellite antenna TV, table and seats for the garden or the balcony, air-conditioner, ventilation, heating system, hairdryer and safe are provided. Reserved parking place in the car park inside the garden.
