The complex of new construction is on the Tuscan coast and is easily accessible by following the Super Strada SS1 exit for South San Vincenzo (900m distance from the sea, 2.3 km distance from the station FFSS). In the years 2006, 2007 and 2008 San Vincenzo was awarded with the blue flag, it is also one of the tourist and bathing centres more equipped of Tuscany; besides as private bathing facilities you can find miles of public beaches with lifeguards deployed along the coast.
The complex "Le Papere Casa Vacanze" is composed by various types of apartments equipped also for disabled guests. At our guests disposal: small bar (for breakfast or coffee breaks) inside the salon which can be set up for conferences and private parties. Each apartment has: car parking, heating and air-conditioning, private terrace or garden and kitchen.
We offer our guests a 3000 meter square garden where they can sunbathe or relax before the sunset. The staff (which lives in the complex) is available from 8am to 20pm, by night they can be reached by telephone.
We accept major credit cards, such as Electron and traditional ones.
We accept animals.
Services are included in the price: satellite television, provisioning and the change of linen and towels (every 3 days), breakfast, possibility of adding bed/cot and highchair, Internet connection in each apartment, hair dryer.
Paid services: bike rental, rent sea equipment sea.
