The Holidays House Scaldasole consist on and independent apartment in a private, completely enclosed, country estate having a total surface of 8.500 sqm.
Apartment total surface is 55 sqm on two levels.
The ground level consist in a kitchen - living room (with a sofa bed) and a bathroom. The first floor is a "mansarda" with a king size bed or twins bed on request.
Holidays House Scaldasole has the main entrance in the front and a second entrance, directly from the terrace, on the back of the house.

* On departure day the guest is asked to leave the apartment in the same conditions as it was consigned at the arrival. On the contrary he will be debited for 30 € as additional fee for final cleaning.
** The pets owners guarantee the animal freedom restriction, if requested.

Heating/air conditioning (10 € /day).
